Like in any kitchen, everything should have a place to live. The Cocina is a custom made box that was designed around the versatile, and well made Camp Chef Pro cook system.  Includes the burner base for boiling pots of water, the BBQ attachment for all your grilling needs, and the large griddle for all other meals.   The burner base sits on a sliding tray and the upper shelf houses the griddle.   

Powered by propane, we like the 1 gallon bottles for their small size and ease of filling at most gas stations (fits perfectly on top of the box when adding the box top tray).  The burner can also be easily removed from the tray so you can move the kitchen to a cooking area away from the van.

Its time to move the kitchen outside the van where it belongs with the most convenient system on the market.
